Elected official responsible for managing the records of Circuit and District Courts, Kentucky’s trial courts. Circuit Court Clerks receive lawsuits and court documents, manage and preserve all legal documents for the justice system, record court proceedings, schedule and maintain the jury system, receive and disburse money for fines, bonds and restitution.
